File Transfer :

Hi! gunsmoke,

The "Ctrl-Atl-C" should be OK to transfer files from/to between the connected computers.

Here is a brief description (assume transfer file from your end to remote pc)
1. At your end use the mouse to (left) click & select the file(s) you want to transfer, so that the background of those file(s) will become blue color.

2. Press "Ctrl-Atl-C"
You should see a popup, showing the transfering process. At this stage, PHW is sending the selected file(s) to remote pc.

3. After the transfer at step 2 finished, the files(s) should be put to the clipboard of the remote pc. Goto the remote pc screen, at the desired folder press "Ctrl-V" will paste those file(s) on it.


NOTE: the transfer may fail at following conditons:
a. Exceeds the 100MB (for each file transfer operation) limitation.

b. The transfered files, when reach remote pc, will be kept at a temporary folder "c:\temp_phw", which is hard coded and unchangable. If the user of the remote pc has not enough right to create this folder, or no right to read/write this folder, or (in rare case) the remote doesn't have the C: drive, the transfer will be fail.

c. If the source file is located inside a very deep path, the PHW will fail to transfer too. I havn't verified how long of a path can PHW take care, but alway put those files to a short path folder, or at desktop, can avoid this problem.
