Our experience at La Plage Du Festival was extremely disappointing. We felt we were treated unfairly and differently from other guests. We asked for sunbeds, and while the groups before us and after us were allowed in immediately without any reservation as we were all walk-ins, we were the only ones denied entry. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s behavior. The bald manager was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and simply told us to leave instead of treating us with basic courtesy or explaining the situation professionally. Based on what we witnessed, it felt like we were being discriminated against, which made the experience both upsetting and unacceptable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and consistency. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a lovely time at La Plage du Festival. The location is absolutely perfect, and the food was very tasty. The staff were also consistently friendly and welcoming. The only area for improvement is the speed of service, specifically regarding drinks. The wait times were quite long, and after a while, the focus shifted away from enjoying the atmosphere because I was constantly waiting for my order. If they can improve the efficiency at the bar, this place would be perfect! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60

Massive quality and performance issues. The first course came before the first drinks, but for the second course we seriously had to wait more than 30 minutes. The steaks were not medium-rare, but well done and tasted bland. Even the Aperol Spritz tasted bland. Our waiter walked past us - seriously - 5 times before someone finally took our finished plates away. The place wasn't full, it wasn't the weekend, it wasn't late and it was only June. No apology! Don't go there and waste your money and time. Cannes isn't what it used to be and this restaurant is one of the reasons why.
