The following Statement governs the disclosure of information by and between Universiti Kuala Lumpur ("UniKL") and the relevant parties for auditing purposes ("Auditor") during the specified audit session ("Purpose").
As used herein, "Confidential Information"" shall mean any and all technical and non-technical information provided by UniKL that is marked or otherwise identified as confidential or proprietary, and including but not limited to any ideas, techniques, drawings, designs, descriptions, specifications, works of authorship, and also any information concerning research, experimental work, development, proprietary information, personally-identifiable information, and other information related to the Purpose contained within UniKL Electronic Teaching and Course Portfolio (eTCP), UniKL Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and any other related platforms utilised during the auditing process ("Platform").
Auditor shall hold in strict confidence and not disclose to any third party Confidential Information contained within any Platform, unless with written approval by the relevant UniKL personnel solely, to achieve the Purpose.
Access to Confidential Information shall only be permitted to Auditors and those of its authorized representatives who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those contained herein.
Auditor shall not make, have made, use, or sell any document, product, service, or use, incorporate, or derive any Confidential Information on the Platform for their or third party use.
Confidential Information shall not be reproduced in any form beyond the Purpose, and they shall be promptly and correctly disposed of after the Purpose has been achieved.
